The sun had hardly risen this morning, when I got up. I had done laundry yesterday. I had folded it up, but was too tired to put it away. I had neatly arranged it on the side of the bed on which I was not sleeping on this week. It was one of the first things I did. Some of it had to go into the next room.

As I entered the room, I gasped in awe. The tree at the end of the room had still not shed too many leaves. Through the leaves the sun peaked out mischievously. It winked and grinned and smiled with joy. The unlit room seemed to be filled with a magical air.

I stopped and drew a breath of wonder. It was so beautiful, so magical. It shimmered and glowed. The shadows and the peeking rays of sun seemed to join together in a special dance. I just knew it will be a special day!
